Video West gladly conducts site surveys on behalf of and in concert with our clients to be certain that we are approaching each project with the right staging solution.

We anticipate travel time, dock space availability, sharing elevator use with catering staff, cable runs, security concerns, power availability and rig point limits. We take note of room light control locations, AC and other ambient noise, all the little details that can haunt a show if not considered ahead of time.

Historically, Video West has been called upon for our particular talent and passion for solving logistical challenges at unusual venues. We have worked on the decks of ships, in aircraft hangers, underground and in the air. Video West engineers have provided audio and lighting for the President at a tortilla factory with no air conditioning and we work in the midst of a missile range on a routine basis. We thrive on solving the seemingly impossible with exciting and satisfying results.
