Video West approaches each project as a unique set of circumstances that we evaluate in order to provide the appropriate equipment and personnel for the event. Some of these circumstances are dictated by the event’s creative focus; others by the venue where the event will take place...and of course budget is always a factor we keep in mind!
All loading docks, all ballrooms, all arenas, all concert halls, all venues are not alike. Rig point arrays may be haphazard, elevators may be a tight squeeze, and chandeliers may be especially ornate creating sight line obstacles, local labor rules may impact scheduling, there may be 100 in the audience or it’s a group of 10,000...Video West pays attention to these details so that we provide our clients with the most accurate and informed response to their event requirements.
Prior to traveling to show site each member of the show crew studies the design and scope of the event. They check that the proper gear has been assigned to the show; they identify what our clients’ expectations are and prepare accordingly. Video West personnel also seek to anticipate the unexpected so that resources are available on show site for quick response.
